Tasmania's Largest Landscaped Native Garden is open!
7 days a week till the end of May!
Our usual Self Guided Tour of 22 acres of colourful landscaped native gardens, is still available ($12 entry, $10 concession).
On arrival for the self guided tour you receive a personal introduction to the garden and a colourful map to guide you.
Interpretation signs set the garden in its historical and social context.
Poetry, sculpture and whimsy add to your enjoyment. Take tea on the terrace (for a small extra charge) and contemplate tranquility.

Inverawe Native Gardens is open seven days a week, 1 September till the end of May. (Closed June, July, August) First entry 9.00 am, last entry 5.00 pm (Garden closes at 6pm)- see you in the garden sometime!
Wheelchairs: 200 metres of pathway on the top terrace, including the tea terrace, is wheelchair accessible. Enjoy some of the best views in Margate. There is a turning bay at each end of the path!
Inverawe is on the road to Bruny Island.

Workshops
We're all done with workshops for this year but we have got some planned for early 2021. Each workshop runs 1.30pm to 4.00pm and includes printed notes, plus afternoon tea. Workshops cost just $30 per person. Bookings are essential, phone (03) 6267 2020.
